With a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Johns Hopkins University, Rachel specializes in supporting individuals and couples in achieving healthy mindsets, decreased stress, satisfying relationships, positive wellbeing and love. Her areas of expertise include relationships, dating, anxiety, self-esteem, mindfulness and depression.
